L-O-V-E IS JUST ANOTHER WORD
I NEVER LEARNED TO PRONOUNCE.
your name is gorgeous, explain how you got it.
"Well my parents don’t like to really follow trends and didn’t want me to have the same name as a thousand other girls out there, they wanted something unique and memorable, not something like Ashley or Britney or anything like that. My father is a literary professor at Harvard University and one of his favorite books is Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Fin; and for some reason he liked the name Sawyer a lot, it could be a boys name but personally I think it’s a kick ass name."
whats your homelife like? describe your family
"I love my house and my family, were pretty much a bunch of laid back, go with the flow and our house and lifestyle reflects it. We live in Cambridge in a townhouse during the school year because its easier for my dad to get to and from Harvard, that house is kept pretty neat and tidy because we don’t usually bring that much stuff with us plus we just rent it. Our actual house is out in the country, a little cottage that is small but we don’t really need that much space because it’s just the three of us. It’s a disaster zone, it’s filled with books everywhere, craft supplies, nick knacks, pretty much everything is in that house; but we like it as my mother says “it’s and organized disaster.” My parents and I get along great, we rarely argue and if we do it’s over something ridiculous."
how's your life been so far? tell me about it
"Well I was born in Cambridge on April 7, 1980 and at that time my dad was already teaching at Harvard and my mom owned a little craft store, but when I was born she let her manager take over while she took care of me. As I was growing up my dad and my mom never gave me any doubt that couldn’t achieve what I wanted or be whoever I wanted to be. They gave me so many role models growing up from Jane Austen to Ghandi, Eudora Welty to Mark Twain. They filled our house with love and fun and music and were my inspiration for everything.
I started dancing at the age of three, first in my kitchen while my mom washed dishes I would dance to the radio. Then soon after she enrolled me in my first dance class, I loved it. From then on I knew what it was what I wanted to do with my life. I dance all throughout my adolescence and it wasn’t until I was sixteen that we heard about Morgan Academy. Although I was sad to leave my family behind I was also very excited for this opportunity and knew that this is what I wanted and that my parents would support me and be proud of me with whatever I chose.
"
now describe yourself, what are you like?
"How do I describe myself? Well lets see now, I’m very laid back, go with the flow type of person. Taking life one day at a time. I love to smile a lot and listen to music. There’s rarely a time you won’t see me with my headphone in listening to my ipod. I’m usually very happy go lucky; never really take anything so seriously, I don’t get into drama it’s a waste of time and energy. However I am very competitive, when I dance or whatever it is I’m doing, I want to win. I’m a quick thinker, throw me into any situation and I can usually find some way to resolve it or get out of it. I can also be quite stubborn when I have an opinion or I know I’m right, I’ll stand by what I said. Although I rarely get angry when I do it can get pretty scary but it’s rare that I’ll lose my cool. I’m usually very outspoken, I’ll tell you my opinion or put my two cents in when need be, but I also know when to keep my mouth shut."
what do you like to do? what are your interests?
"Dance, dance and did I mention dance? Yes it is my passion, my essence, my everything. Give me a beat and I’ll just start moving to it; which is why I usually embarrass myself in public when I’m listening to my ipod. If I think I’m alone I’ll just start dancing or even if I’m not alone and a good song comes on I’ll start dancing. Sure I get weird looks but whatever it’s why I came across the pond as it were. I like music to, although I can’t play any instruments I wish I could but without music there would be nothing to dance to. Reading is another one of my loves; my parents taught my that reading was a wonderful thing at a young age and I just have to agree."
what are some things you hate? things you could definitely live without
"Drama is one thing that I hate and could live without, for some weird reason even though I hate it I always somehow get involved in drama. I try to stay far, far away from anyone that brings drama into my life but it just keeps coming back.
Ridiculously overpriced clothing is another thing that bugs me, I’m a saver, I rarely spend money and if I do it’s on the cheapest things, especially clothing. My mom pretty much made a lot of my clothes. My dance clothes are kind of a different story however, although I don’t like to spend money I will spend it on nice dancewear but that’s about it.
"
what are your fears? what are you afraid of doing?
"Losing is one of my fears, especially in dance because I’ve done it for so long and worked so hard that if I lose in a competition it’s just not acceptable to me and that will push me to train even harder.
Somehow disappointing my parents, they’ve supported me and done nothing but help me my whole life and if I ever did something that disappointed them then I don’t know how I would handle it.
Falling in love/letting my shield down, well because I’m so focused on dance and getting a career out of it from this school relationships aren’t high on my priority list. I mean sure I’m happy and friendly but when it comes to letting somebody in, I won’t let them. I mean they could distract me from my goals and the whole reason why I’m here. But I think the real reason is because I’ve heard of so many people my age getting their hearts broken that I’m afraid that if I do get into a relationship that mine will break to.
"
what is one of your biggest secrets? we won't tell, we promise.
"Well I guess you kind found out in my fears but I don't want to get a boyfriend because I don't want my heart to get broken"
what's your relationship status? are you single? taken? eying someone?
"Single and happy to be."
AND AS LONG AS ITS OKAY WITH YOU
I THINK I'LL STAY RIGHT HERE

long have you've been doing this for again? 3-4 years!? thats amazing.

The sounds of laughter filled the air as the lights blazed from the windows of the palace. However these sounds did not come from the most normal of friendly of people. In fact some of them weren’t people at all. This was a masquerade where all manners of the dark and wicked came out to play.Like the young woman who was just arriving.
Her coachman held out a hand for her as she stepped out of her carriage.A black silk glove covered hand emerged from the carriage and took the coachman’s hand. The woman emerged and gave the place the once over and smiled. She smiled her cruel smile, the kind of smile that only the wicked received;but that’s exactly what this woman was for she was a vampire.
She looked to be about 19 or 20 but she was actually almost 250.Her skin was like marble, cold but radiated like the silver moon. This magnificent creature was garbed in a gown. The skirt was pure black except for the front which was blood red.The top was corset style and red with black lacing. The woman brushed back her mid length dark brown curly hair.
Her eyes the color of pure silver didn't leave the the building as she made her way towards it.Almost gliding she reached the front door and presented her invitation. The guards who looked to be werewolves smiled at her as they opened the doors.Once they were open she took out her mask and placed it across her delicate features. It was black with black beading around the edges.-continued-
Smiling again the creature entered the ballroom already filled with other children of the wicked.A young man came up to her and asked her name. "Arabella"she replied smiling as she continued her way into the party
